This book gathers poems written over time, without a fixed intention to become a book. They emerged from moments of attention, uncertainty, and quiet persistence—when language felt like the only honest way to stay with a thought or a feeling long enough to understand it. These poems do not offer conclusions. They circle questions, tensions, and silences, trusting the reader to meet them halfway. This book is not an answer. It is a record of noticing. These poems were written to survive attention, silence, misunderstanding, and time. Some poems were born out of unrest, some out of stillness, and many from the long act of noticing what is usually ignored. I do not expect these poems to be read quickly. They ask for pauses, for rereading, and occasionally for disagreement. If a poem unsettles you, it has done its work. If it stays with you after the page ends, it has done more than I hoped.
